We are so excited and honored to announce that we will be hosting a tour for Legendborn by Tracy Deonn!! Yes, you read that right. This one is Leelynn’s book, read here why she wanted to host the tour down below:
Seeing beautiful Black young women in fantasy novels is a privilege that I didn’t get to experience growing up. All I wanted was to see myself as a protagonist in the many fantasy novels that I read, and now I’m able to have that chance with Legendborn. From how big and curly Bree’s natural hair is to her determination to find out what happened the night her mother died and fight for what she truly believes in. Bree showcases the strength in young Black women that I admired growing up, that I strive to be one day, and that I know other young Black women like me want to continue to be.
